VivaaView.com provides IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Plans (digital products only) allowing you to enjoy Live TV channels, Video on Demand movies, and TV shows.
Subscription and Agreement

- Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe and use VivaaView.com services.
- Allowed Connections: Each subscription allows only one connection. Using more than one connection will result in suspension of your subscription and IP with no refund.
- Content Changes: The number of Live TV channels and VOD content is subject to change, update, or removal at any time without prior notice. VivaaView.com has no control over content provided or any updates.
- Unacceptable Use: Re-streaming, transmitting, or distributing any VivaaView.com content is strictly prohibited.
- Content Quality: Due to the nature of IPTV and various factors like internet speed, bandwidth, streaming sources, etc., we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or complete absence of buffering, freezing, or unavailable content. A high-speed internet connection is recommended to minimize issues. Sharing your subscription will result in immediate termination without notice.
- Proxy/VPN Usage: Using Proxy/VPN applications or servers is allowed. However, we recommend using servers located in Canada, USA, or France.
- Supported Countries: Our service works worldwide, as long as your internet service provider doesn’t block our services.
- Data Usage Charges: You are responsible for any data usage charges or internet fees associated with your subscription.
- Information Accuracy: All information and data provided must be accurate. You must be the owner or authorized user of the payment method used for purchases.
- Modifications to Terms: VivaaView.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, including the Privacy Policy, at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your agreement to the updated terms. The number of channels and VOD library content may change based on weekly updates.
- Pricing: Service pricing is subject to change or update at any time without prior notice. Discounts and promotions may occur. Subscriptions purchased before a promotion cannot be refunded to utilize the promotion.

Suspension and Downtime
In addition to our right to terminate or disable your subscription under these terms, you acknowledge and agree that downtime may occur for server maintenance, updates, or server-related issues. You will not be informed of downtime beforehand.
Language
All communication and terms are to be understood and interpreted in English.
Termination for Cause
VivaaView.com has the right to immediately terminate or limit your use of services or access to content without prior notice or liability if, in its sole discretion, you breach any of these terms and conditions or any law or regulation regarding content, including:
- VivaaView.com logos, trademarks, photos, or written content.
All VivaaView.com trademarks cannot be copied, downloaded, shared, or used in any way.
